Hyperhq startup

What does the startup script do in hyperhq? I recently added joytokey to work with mame arcade setup. In order for it to work, I had to change the startup script in hyperhq to point to joytokey. I noticed search option don't work after th change. Can I create a powershell script to start both startup script and joytokey and place the script in the startup path in hyperhq? So I can joytokey map to the search option? Or will it crash?

The startup script was made for just that, starting other programs when HS starts. HyperSearch is actually not part of HS so it must be loaded as well as JTK. No need for powershell, the script can start as many programs as you like.

You were correct again. I just had to find the file that had to be modified and add maptokey in it.
