Exit Emulator Key

Hello everyone, I am new to hyperspin and rocketlaucnher and I need your help.

I would like to succeed in leaving an emulator like sega model 2 or supermodel or even cemu with two buttons on my controller. For that I went to rocketlaucnher to configure the two keys, so far everything is fine but when I'm in the middle of games and I press both touch nothing happens. If a charitable soul could help me that would be great friendly.

It's not obvious to me how to do this in RL. There seems to be options for single, double, triple presses, and a hold time. Do you have it set with this character between keys: | (called a pipe, it is shift+backslash on my keyboard)?

Sorry I tend to leave RL on "escape" globally and use JTK to send escape from my gamepad. Easy enough to do button combos in JTK if you use that.
