Theme artwork stretched

I am trying to use wheel art boxes with the NEC Turbografx-16, but the boxes are stretched. I supposed it was something to do with using a widescreen theme, but 4:3 does the same thing. I just want my cd box images to be square, if possible, but no matter how I resize them, they are rectangular. Any help appreciated.

I think you have to make 75% of the horizontal but leave vertical at 100% if you are displaying on widescreen.

Thanx, that worked fine, only problem is; there are 374 files left to resize...
