When I'm already in the Favorites list, and press the Favorites button, HS prompts the options: "view favorite games" or "remove from favorites". 

Is there a way to change this so that instead "view favorite games" you can simply go back to the "All" genre, which would make more sense?

I don't think it can be fixed.

Pressing back(exit) from Favorites just takes you back to the main wheel with the previous system selected.

Doing the same in the Genre Menu returns you to the system default wheel. It would be nice if Favorites behaved the same.
