Windows 11 24H2 Update KB5046740 breaks Hyperspin

Dont think so, Ive 3 PC, all W11Pro, all of them have  KB5048667 installed..

2 of them works great, 1 is not working anymore...

Copied not working dir on working pc -> it runs ok.

I'm searching for any difference.....

What was the difference? There are a lot of reports lately about Windows 11 updates breaking HS, so there definitely seems to be a problem.
