Struggling to source what I need for the Marquee plastic lip and the aluminum L shaped edge for the monitor. Im based in the UK, so somewhere like B&Q might be worth a try but What kind of sizing would I need ? Design is a copy of the attached image

The aluminum angle you can pickup from B&Q (15mm x15mm) you can also use upvc (I used 15mm black with no issues).

For the marquee lip, do a search for upvc hockey stick. The size you are looking for is 16mm - 25mm x3mm. I know wickes stocked it a a couple of years ago, havent looked recently.
