Mame Romset Cleaner corresponding to an xml file

Hi everybody ,

I'm trying to create an application from an old ahk script (2022) that copy all necessary games from a game list xml (and also its dependencies ak:bios,chd,rom,device)

i've created a simply interface (look at attached screenshot)

My question is : Does an app already do this?
