Easiest way to edit MAME.XML to remove certain games from database?

I'm not sure what software to use so I can remove games from my list... namely all these "Player's Edge Plus" games.

Safest method is manually. But if you are going to regularly update I'd make a diff file so I could use it to clean out the new lists as they get made.

But personally I just skip over the games I don't like. I've got mates who have weird gaming tastes so I say the more the merrier.
