I feel like I've seen mentions, but want to ask this more cleanly.

1) Is there going to be (or plans to add) a simpler way to port over the existing HS setup (ex; roms list, media, etc.), into 2.0 in a simpler, less manual fashion? Ex; we all have a ROMs folder, full of everything. Rather than 1 by 1 add, can they be added in bulk? One click/script, use labeling based on the name of the folder? Or something like, an export from RL, that copies information needed into the 2.0 needed format? Or something of the nature of a bulk select of systems (checkbox/list?), and pointing to the main folder in which they are all located.

2) LEDBlinkey has been a challenge to use for the button input map for 2.0. I have the correct/perfect input map for all buttons, and works great with the original. When I launch 2.0 (and do have LEDBlinky enabled in the settings), it ignores button mapping and defaults to what's pre-set in HS.

3)

1) There have been discussions about adding multiple systems at the same time but nothing has been fleshed out yet. Ease of setup is definitely front-of-mind though. I think there's only about 5 steps to setup a system in the current beta right now - and then media is fetched automatically. (Admittedly, I only have about 10 systems so it's really easy for me.)

2) I don't use LEDBlinky, but I'll add it to the bug list if it's not already there.

Ok so if I have a ROM's folder such as let's say my current 😧 drive and I have a folder named SNES that the system would see the folder name and then make a wheel based on that?

Technically possible but it would probably require AI integration as this would need some logic to determine what was what. Problem is the manual way isn't that difficult so to save a few clicks you'd be adding a level of complexity to the system. If a bulk transfer failed for one reason or another it might be difficult to repair the issue.

The LED Blinky setup though is a whole new level of crazy. I've done a complete new clean setup to try and work out how to make everything do what it is told. It isn't fully fleshed out yet so that is kind of a hold Frosty's beer 🍺 and wait till he arrives there. Currently I'm waiting on controller updates so my Blissbox will work but sadly this beast is painful for the programmers as it... Is a little special... 😁
