Yep, that should be fine but might struggle with newer systems like the Dolphin emulator. If your planning on playing Mame games, consider your controls. It works with a keyboard, but it's not much fun, building or buying an arcade fighting stick is the way to go; and a gamepad with analogue controls for later systems.
