SORHP
Hey guys... Im building a minipin, and Im looking to start putting together the force feedback section of the build, just curious if any of you might have a good resource for some contactors to use for a decent price? as well as a shaker motor? I understand the Siemens - 3RT1015-1BB41 are what I need to look for, so I get a good "thunk" and response reset-time. Any help would be really great! Thank you very much! Ill post pics of the progress soon, the bottom box is built and mapped out, it's coming along nicely, a few bumps in the road since its a mini, I have internal space issues, but no worries
mikekim
you can pretty much use whatever contactors you like, as you don't need the switching capability, hust the noise they make when they switch. apparently Siemens have a better response time then Allen Bradleys i'm using 8x Siemens Contactors 3RT1016-1BB41 to get better sound out of them you can modify them with a washer in the base. have a look at zebsboards site for a decent shaker motor... he also does excellent force feedback boards
