Joystick Hardware question

So I think its about time to replace my p1 p2 joysticks. Some of the dudes at work playing KoF13 and SSF4 have been working those sticks to death. p1 joy is just super loose, and looking under the CP, theres all kinds of powdered plastic dust from where the d clip at the bottom of the stick is rubbing the restriction plate. My cp is 3/4 ply so I need to find a long shaft joystick that I can replace it with. I'd like to find a nicer one. I just bought the cheap 10 dollar zippy ball tops. Any suggestions? I'd like to not have to modify the cp if at all possible.

Might be worth taking a look. They seem to hold up very well.
