The HyperSpin 2 early access beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

Just one more thought... When I setup a new console... I actually never use HyperHQ... I just edit the mainmenu.xlm.... then I set up everything through HyperLaunchHQ to setup the application directory and the rom path... Maybe your problem is that you set the executable?

Took your advice mate, removed the executable path in HyperHQ, i noticed you have "O" in the directory, i presume that is your root location for Hyperspin.

I cannot get to alter mine, if i click on the folder icon, i have to select a full path. if i leave it totally blank i get an error when loading the game saying " path must end with a "/"

I have also taken Giga's advice, got a clean download of Hyperspin, looked at the settings.ini and pasted the 'hyperspin path line' into mine -

line reads...

"Hyperlaunch_Path=C:\Hyperspin\HyperLaunch\" (Note - i changed the C to P, as that is my root drive letter)

but it makes no difference, I still the same error saying "Nintendo GameCube is not a supported system "

Nintendo GameCube.xml has no sign of an exe path, just all the games listed (this is inside the Nintendo GameCube folder within Databases)

xml info here - <script src="http://pastebin.com/embed_js.php?i=g1AspnCw"></script>

and also no sign of an exe path in Main Menu.ini which is inside the Hyperspin/Settings folder

Main Menu.ini info here...

There is no reason you need a settings.ini from somewhere/someone else.

I am willing to take a look through teamviewer just let me know.

BIG THANKS TO jeremy0203

he took the time to sift through my hyperspin drive and fix this, i have learned my lesson- i cut corners by grabbing some custom sets of emu's - looks like i will now save my media and rom folders and do a clean install

thanks again for the help
