Breaking the rules?

Ran across this site. The machines look nice, but they are openly selling HyperSpin and every system/rom with it.

He is even posting the Hyperspin txt output for the games that are "included".

He does have a legal disclaimer page, but in my mind it has to be a stretch. Some please tell me this legal page does not cover legal exposure as I am opening a shop tomorrow if it does. JK

Gigapig just closed a similar thread today. This topic has been discussed to dead. There's nothing we can do short of taking the guy to a corn field, beating him with a bat until he's almost gone and burring him alive.
