gavin shakespeare Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 I have all my hyperspin set up nicely I'm using xbox wireless controller. Mame exits perfect back to wheel by clicking down right thum stick so does a few other emulators. Just need help with the likes of the nintendo and sega systems.i press escape and it exits but I want it so I don't have to use keyboard. I've searched for a tutorial everywhere but no luck Thanks Gav
gigapig Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 Hi Gavin Have you tried setting the exit emulator key/s in HLHQ, it should work with most emulators.
gavin shakespeare Posted February 24, 2015 Author Posted February 24, 2015 Yes but for example n64 just won't exit with out me pressing alt and f4 Hours trying to figure it out I set up xpadder with back button esc and right thumb stick click down as alt but still won't exit
gigapig Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Which emulator and version? You would be better off using RetroArch for N64, here's a guide.
gavin shakespeare Posted February 25, 2015 Author Posted February 25, 2015 I'm using latest project 64 Can't exit out of wii eighter. There must be a easier way lol
gigapig Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Can you link to it please so I can test as there are a lot of different versions, and you need to use the correct one with the correct module.
rfancella Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 I'm using latest project 64Can't exit out of wii eighter. There must be a easier way lol Have you read the module notes? I think there is something about exiting the emu there. Thanks, Ron Code Monkey and all around Command Line geek!If you like what someone has said or done for you, be sure and 'Thank' them. gavin shakespeare Posted February 26, 2015 Author Posted February 26, 2015 I've spent so many hours setting it up to give up on it now but feels like I've hit that road to give up and I don't want to as I have set up over 50 systems. It's just the exit grrrrrr lol
gavin shakespeare Posted February 26, 2015 Author Posted February 26, 2015 I'm using project 64 1.7.0.50

gigapig Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 That module info in your last post seems to suggest that your set up is rather old and not RocketLauncher, so I won't be able to help much And as you still haven't told us the emulator version I've had to take a guess and pulled this info from a module. You can remove Esc as a key to change fullscreen mode in the Settings->Keyboard Shortcuts, change CPU State to Game Playing (fullscreen) then Options->Full Screen and remove Esc from Current Keys
sonicboom88 Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 sounds like your setup is out of date you need to instal rocket launcher transition tool to convert you to the new rocket launcher setup i don't think you will get much help here if you are out dated Hyper Helper Ready To Help
