keltoigael
I know this is off topic with HS but I have a nice retro gaming setup and I use all scart cables for RGB CRT on my Neo Geo AES, SNES, NES, Sega Genesis, etc etc. Currently I am using a Hama 3 scart switch. I am looking for a high quality powered scart switch that can handle 6-8 inputs. I have been trying to track down a shinybow/skytronics powered switch for over a year now. Ebay always comes up nil and I can not find anyway to purchase via UK/Euro and import. I am sure these things are dime a dozen in pawn shops or local electronic stores. Does anyone know of a way someone in the US can track something like this down, or similar item? Thanks, odd request I know.
gigapig
I'm happy to look into this for you. if it's a powered device, will you be able to power it on the US. I'm sure they are now more than 12 volts.
gigapig
Found this on Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/Skytronic-Scart-switch-SCART-sockets/dp/B0007XQA8G This one is a refurb http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/KEENE-1X5-SCART-DISTRIBUTION-AMPLIFIER-UK-PSU-/251818432668?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item3aa18c589c https://www.djkit.com/skytec/6-x-2-av-scart-matrix-switcher-with-ir-remote-control.html
keltoigael
Thanks giga, the last link looks promising. My hama switch is nice, it just doesn't have enough inputs. That powered 6 is exactly what I need. Emailed the site to see if they deliver to the us. I can modify the power supply or get a universal adapter for one. keltoigael
Hey Giga, how hard is it to find a PSX RGB Scart cable? I came up with zero results in the states.

keltoigael
There are a few on Ebay with free shipping. From what I have read it is best to stay away from those because they actually pass the composite signal through those cables and not true RGB. They also are not wired for csync I believe.
