The HyperSpin 2 early access beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

Hi, so I was able to upgrade my BarTop that I purchased 2 years ago got a new puter in it running my collection I combined over the past few months. So now I don't know how to set up the joysticks. The person had a profile for joytokey version 3.##. How I personally saw that there is 5.# out now and a program called Xpadder. I don't mind paying for a program. I just don't understand how to get it mapped out to be used on all the emulators.

I am using the usb ipac that came with the bar top.

I played with the original on that was on the bartop can't get much out of it. Lol

I played with the new version and hooked up a gamepad to tinker around via usb. I went to the device setting got the input per button. Some went past 9 so I don't know what to do after that.

Do I have to go into each emulator and set the buttons via the buttons on my bartop. I thought I do that once and somehow start it when hyperspin starts.

Can I use xpadder with the joysticks.

Is there a go-by that someone may have posted? I tried YouTube for videos.

Anyone please? I have 6 buttons and a 1 player and 2 player on the otherwise and infront a escape button and a add coin button.

Do I have to map each emulator individually or can I use a mass mapper like xpadder or joytokey?

Mapping emulators individually is the best way to go. Only use xpadder or joytokey as a last resort because they add another layer of abstraction that can make your controls feel less responsive.
