Good news! Worked out how to custom order keyboards/controllers in MAME.

Hey everyone,

After a lot of experimenting, and trial and error, I've worked out how I can custom order the controllers in MAME. This is especially useful for users who find that they various devices take preference of their controllers.

It's quite tricky to explain, but not difficult to pull off, so if I get enough response, I'll sit down tomorrow and write a tutorial.
