dsnyd22
just wondering if anyone else has problems storing large amounts of video data (mostly .mp4s) on their external hard drive. I have went through 3 in last 2 months and every time it becomes corrupted. i move about 50 video files onto and it works fine. i can play videos off the drive no problem. i get to around 300 and something happens. no longer can play videos without skipping and takes much longer for drive to process and play movies. this happened once and i reformatted and went at it again and same thing. next i bought a new external and added a bunch of mp4s and same thing... corrupt. i bought a really good one this last time and just today it starts to move really slow and cannot play the videos without lots of giitches and pausing. Any help would be appreciated. no idea why i cant just store mp4s on a external without all these issues.
dougan78
Turn off thumbnails will help. I am sure. Just an idea. Disable virus scan from scanning that drive too.

Agrajag
Telling your antivirus to ignore all folders that have anything to do with HyperSpin will definitely save you some headaches!
