Getting Dreamcast emu to work with Hyperspin.

My mame is working perfectly.  My dreamcast emu - not so much.  First problem is that even though I configured my tankstick to work in the config menu of the emu (Null DC - I press the button on tankstick and it's assigned), in game, something is off.  Only a few buttons respond.  Then when I try to launch it in hyperspin, only one game shows up and it doesn't work (even though hyperlaunch has been assigned  to the right paths - exe is right in the ini and so is paths).

 

My model 2 emu is working perfectly too - exception is when I exit, the resolution is off but I can live with it.  Any suggestions guys?

im also a noob but got those working fine in my system

 

make sure you have set the MAPLE plugin for configuring the controls and they should work fine

one important thing is use the latest version of NullDC as thats the one that has the configure keys option

 

I admit im using a MINIPAC but it should configure just the same with the X Arcade

 

although if I was you I would buy a minipac and change the Xarcade controller to it its far more versatile

 

are you using Sega Model 2 emu or MAME the res shouldn't be off with just the default setting

For dremacast visit my channel and take a look at the install.  Its only a week old.  Take not on the controls sectioon in the Mapel devixe and the tick box for the keymapper.

 

As for the ESC key.  Take a look at my tips and tricks vid 2015.  ESC key is bound, choose another with that tutorial.

 

You need NET framework 2005 and directx 9 for these emus also if you have errors

thanks. I set the maple plugin to dc controller.  Which one do you use.  Also - what is the latest version of nulldc b/c the website offers two versions.  I ended up getting it from another website so maybe that is the issue. Maybe you can post the link for the latest version?
