HyperSpin needs Windows, so no it won't run on a Pi. reznnate is developing an Android version though, so it could potentially run on an Odroid in the future, but he's concentrating on the Nvidia Shield / Tablet at the moment.

Actually ms has released a win 10 image for RPI 2.. With some development it could be interesting

 

I know that, we must wait a few months, I guess :)

I don't think it will run full Windows software - it's been described as an embedded / internet-of-things version.

Current release is headless but with The release image there will be a deployment kit and with the deploymentbkit there will be options to customise.. Apart from that an other option could be the new Android port :)
