Yeah I am pretty sure it had a shit load of problems with that version. I get the private dev versions for testing before they are released for the public and we are in 2.0.110. It's still a little buggy but it is definitely night and day for the media issues so you will be pleased to have a go with it when it gets pushed out to you guys. Also I thank you for the compliments on the themes because I am a main contributor (as well as rondar) and we have been spending a lot of time with them. Glad you enjoy our creations!

What version are you testing on? 2.0.57 is being tested by the team at the moment and I am noticing huge improvement in the beta so may want to give it a month or so away from it and check back in on it. I have had over 60 systems on my own wheel and when themes are not working, even though they are systems that are listed in the drop-down, if they have not been populated with the media and checked for proper names in the new engine, they will not show up in hyperspin even if you see them in HQ. We are cooking and adding system info daily so it won't be an excessive amount of time before you won't have any more problems. Beta testing is not fun and it has been making me mad for years now, even before the public announcement was made , but this is still very early in the beta stages with such a massive endeavor and feature packed program.

Well said, I agree about some of the artwork files are breaking the program. However, this is only adding everything to the list of artwork in your media folder, because we are currently in the process of putting all the different types available for every platform that is supported. Once we get everything linked in, we can start looking at what should be patched up to prevent the breakages. That being said, once we get everything linked in to the program, you are going to be able to select what you want to download and what you don't. It's not going to be an all or nothing type thing as it might seem to be now. Just wanted to reassure you of that. I hope that helps to clarify. -Baddie

It has to be done in the backend for it to save permanently but I'm pretty sure it will save on your own setup for as long as you have it on your install but it won't hold it when you remove it and reinstall it.

Starting a thread to let you know what I am currently working on mostly game themes for the new Beta hs2

hmm...An old dude once told me that the magic wand tool should never be used for cutting out artwork because of the self named "jaggies" it produces. He also made a point to give examples, side by side, and zoomed, to show me the undeniable difference in quality achieved by using the pen tool to cut razor sharp, clean edges. He's probably in the old folks home now though because this happened about 10 years ago and he was an old dude then already. Plus he was already a little blue in the face...
