Upgraded to Hyperspin 1.4 now games won't launch - Using RLauncher

I just recently downloaded Hyperspin 1.4, I backed up my Hyperspin.exe v 1.3  When I start up Hyperspin 1.4 and try to launch any game I get the following error:

 

 

No Default_Emulator found in "H:\RocketLauncher\Settings\Name_of_Game_X.\Emulators.ini" Please set one so RocketLauncher knows what module to use.

 

 

I switched my .exe back to version 1.3 and everything worked and launched just fine. This only happens with HS 1.4

Does restoring the backed up ini files created by the Transition tool do the same thing?
