Best PC Games? Dos Games? Lets make a friendly list!

Hey Guys

 I am starting to expand into PC games, however so many of my favorites relied on keyboard/mouse combo which is a pain (even with xpadder).  I am wondering is there a list of classics and some newer games that are great to play from HS with a wireless gamepad?  I would like to start a list please.  If using DOS how does it work as I mentioned so many games required multiple keys.

When it come's to Dos games, I'd just purchase a mini wireless keyboard for them. It would be like holding a controller but operate exactly like a keyboard so it's not so much a biggie.

Yes but games like quake are pain with a mini keyboard. If I went with a Logitech one I would need some table or something to put it on... Seems to be a pain

Yeah there are a few with a ton of suggestions. A google search brings up a ton off this forum too.
