Elementix
If anyone else stumbles across this, I was able to use the x360kb method to get this working with the arcade control panel. It plays very well on an arcade, but keep in mind that you'll need 7-8 buttons..you can get away with 7, but 8 will let you map the last button (duplicate shoulder button in Castle Crashers). I'm posting my config of the x360kb.ini below, but you'll need to download the files that I've attached to this post and edit the config to match the mappings of your control panel. Everything you need is included, along with an application to see if everything works correctly. The files go in the root of the Castle Crashers folder. Enjoy!
