Just last week I discovered another user having made one as well... I'm assuming this one got missed since its also been deleted off the FTP so I went ahead and pulled it off my rig and uploaded it for moderation. If nothing else people now have options. Cheers! Oh, and this utilizes the font used in the "Playstation 2" logo lettering for those curious.
