I use hyperspin 1.3 and Hypertheme 1.1 with windows 8 ( the last version of hypertheme don t working with win 8 ) I ve problem when made a new custom theme or modify a existing one, the mp4 preview don t start, i re-convert all mp4 to flv again! THK Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 The latest version of HyperTheme is 1.1.5 .mp4 is for HS 1.3 only, older versions need .flv (1.3 can play .flv, but it'll cause problems in the long run) I'm personally not aware if HT can use .mp4, I've always used a placeholder .flv with no sound. If an mp4 doesn't work in HT, just use a .flv placeholder in HT. It shouldn't matter for HS. ..........................back with a vengeance........................

Jori Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 You dont even need to reconvert flv to mp4. Simply change the extension of your mp4 (easy as it sounds) and hypertheme will play those fake flv's
