AlexDC22 Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 For some reason... every game that uses xb_loader and x_config, won't open and or crashes right away when using the 360 wireless pads. Can't configure them, they won't even load if the pad is on. Made an xpadder profile for them and still the game won't load and in the BG4 case... game just crashes right away. Am on win 10 and used them in compatability mode with all and still same results.... is there a way around this? I remember before I lost everything I was on windows 7 and they worked perfectly fine. Thx
AlexDC22 Posted October 17, 2015 Author Posted October 17, 2015 Ok so I did some testing and I plugged the matricom control pad and the ps4 controller and an mlg xbox 360 controller and still won't work... always crash... I can't be the only one having this problem here right? How are you guys getting around this for these games? BG4,AH games and Daemon Bride so far are the ones I can't play. Please advise. Thanks P.s. I am aware that BG4 is not like AH and DB and uses ttx instead of the xb... just get the same results in 2 diferente computers running windows 10.
AlexDC22 Posted October 19, 2015 Author Posted October 19, 2015 Well as I get ready to hang ip the gloves and concede the fight to this dreaded nightmare of a system setup.... I stumble into the most unlikely place I could even find something useful. .. and that's the youtubes comment section of a video lol So if you're windows 8 and or 10 and game crashes for no reason whIle your have a controller plugged in... you need to have Dinput8.dll in the game folder, the game that's crashing folder. Hope it cab be of use for one here Thx

Might be hard to find in a search without spelling out Taito Type X though (so I did).
