I saw the site's active but can't find carbon on it.

screenscraper is made by a french team from screenzone.fr, so it's in full french

you can't download any artwork without an application like hypersync (hypersync have hyperspin-fe and emumovies logins, maybe soon another login section for screenzone for exemple, if the dev of hypersync is interested by this project)

Yes I can read French just fine it's just the site seems to indicate the API is for developers and I'm not seeing a readily apparent means for general users to access the API. Also, I get the impression it will just give the option to dl wheels already superimposed on specific PSDs, not the raw PSDs themselves. I could be wrong on that count.
