namco games running at 99% framerate mame

hello, i have a problem with some of the namco games running at 99% frame rate (ie pac land ,metro cross). i am using the latest mameuifx 169. i am trying to run hlsl ,which i think is the problem. i used my on board graphics card to run glsl before because of this problem. i have just brought a gtx 750ti and done a fresh install of mame and would like to use hlsl if possible.

That's because Pac-land and Metro-Cross  runs at 60.606061 Hz. Make sure your monitor refresh rate is more then 60 Hz.

i am running 60hz 1080p tv , so stuck on 60hz max , i just turned of sync to monitor refresh rate and that solved that problem, so thank you very much mate
