Street Fighter 5 might be the biggest piece of shit I've ever tried to launch from a PC

The game is pure evil. This stupid piece of SHIT launches itself as SEVERAL child processes, so basically the only bullet proof way to control launching it from a frontend is to just nuke all processes that have the name "StreetFighterV."

 

What a pile of dog shit this game is. It's technically worse than SF4 in every way. Garbage input remapping, WEIRD launching behavior, runs like fucking crap for its graphical quality.

What a disaster. Capcom's finished.

I refunded mine today. I paid them $90 two weeks ago and hadn't played a single match since then.

Was waiting for them to make it 2-player/1 keyboard compatible so I could even map the controls to my cab, but no luck. Sucks because I've been looking forward to it since it was announced.

Brother visited yesterday and he loves SF, but was pretty bummed to find I had it on the machine, only it was unplayable.

I just hope to God Iron Galaxy doesn't F up Killer Instinct this month too... then I'll really be pissed.

Amen. Sub-Zero's got me mad pumped for KI. I'm glad to hear you got your refund. With how long you had it I was nervous you might have gotten pwnt by playtime or time owned.
