Do you need a 3rd party utility installed in order to search for games within hyperspin?  Like I wanted to look at all games that start with the letter A for example?  Ive seen you can setup by genre but it would be nice to then break it down even more.

thanks!

If you hold left/right for a moment a letter will pop up on screen and you can cycle through the index that way.

Which system? Indexing needs to be set to true and first entry for each letter needs its letter image specified. Official databases all have that for the most part. Also need "Use XML Indexes" on in HyperHQ I believe.

Thank you,  It is actually working.  I guess when I first was testing I didn't have enough games or something.  After adding a ton in there it works fine.  The only other possibility why it started working was that I had created a mame.ini file to get the trackball working and that was needed?  Other then adding more games and the ini file I didn't really do anything else to make it work.

Thanks as always for the help!

Yea I don't see it as a problem.  I was just trying to test it out.  With a small lib it's not really a needed feature.

@THK

Thanks for fixing the title.  I will admit that while I'm messing with my hobbies I like to have a few cold ones :)
