Anyone had problems with Paradise Arcade?

Trying to get something returned, and have emailed multiple times over the last 3 days, cant get an answer.

Posted a message on their facebook page stating I have been emailing them for 3 days with no response. Lasted about an hour and was deleted. Great customer service.

Yea I did not have the best experience with them either. They seem to not like to respond to messages. I actually had to go to their FB page and post to get them to finally respond.

It just seems like a slow ran business, they are probably laid back because it is Hawaii but all in all both times I did business with them I was not impressed.

Oh, I had to return something there once too. He screwed me on it only giving me a partial refund when I had concrete evidence in private message he said he would give me a full.

I was just so aggrevated with them I let it go.

lol yeah, they finally responded to my emails after I posted on their FB page. They were pretty quick to see and delete it but they responded.

I'm facing the same problem but didn't find anything to solve it, do you have some kind of reply from the supports? I just stuck in it.

I had the same problem with getting a response. Also I ordered one of their xxx in 1 boards which had 2400 games and the hard drive took a crap, finally after over a month trying to contact them they said they would send me a new hd. When I got the new hd it had something like 1700 games instead of 2400. Needless to say I sold that unit and found hyperspin. I will never buy from them again!
