I actually had to go to their FB page and post to get them to finally respond. It just seems like a slow ran business, they are probably laid back because it is Hawaii but all in all both times I did business with them I was not impressed. Oh, I had to return something there once too. He screwed me on it only giving me a partial refund when I had concrete evidence in private message he said he would give me a full. I was just so aggrevated with them I let it go. I am......Machine

Also I ordered one of their xxx in 1 boards which had 2400 games and the hard drive took a crap, finally after over a month trying to contact them they said they would send me a new hd. When I got the new hd it had something like 1700 games instead of 2400. Needless to say I sold that unit and found hyperspin. I will never buy from them again!
