The HyperSpin 2 early access beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

UK supplier

Hi, I am thinking about building a Hyperpin table and wondered if there are any part suppliers in the UK. I already have a Stand-up arcade machine that I built from a donor cabinet and would love a hyperpin table to go with it.

Are there any plans available, or kit forms so I can build it my self. I am not so good with a saw so would prefer something precut that I can just bolt together.

Many thanks

I don't think anyone in the UK deals specifically with virtual pinball machines but http://www.ultimarc.com and http://www.arcadeworlduk.com have parts for building arcade machines (controllers, joysticks, buttons, coindoors etc) so would be a good place to start if you don't already know about them. I'm seriously considering importing a VirtuaPin Digital Plunger though.

I've designed and built quite a few shelving units over the years, using wood cut to size for me at the shop. You might be able to get a lot of the hard work done for you if you have a good supplier nearby, but will probably have to do the angled cuts yourself. My woodworking skills are steadily improving as time goes by and I've just bought a router table, which will hopefully be of use when I eventually build my own mini pinball and arcade machines. Might have to get a circular saw as well.

Mayo, check out my build thread for links for items.. most things you will need to get imported, so be prepared to pay an additional 20% on import duty
