Luckydogg420
For authenticity I'd assume that a real DMD is the preferred option. Nothing looks more like the real thing, then the real thing. But, with more real pinball machines getting colour DMD modifications, is it better to use an LCD panel to take advantage of this feature? (Assuming it is a / will be a feature) total noob here
mameman
Personally although I love the real DMd, the emerging market and potential for more integration with games and animation with the DMd is the reason I stuck with lcd's WWW.Xtremepinball.com

When i coverted over, i have no shutter on alot of my tables and im running an i5. Also you cannot beat the look. 1+ REAL DMD!
Luckydogg420
No shutter? Is there common lag or delay with a third monitor? Is it on the DMD screen or on the playfield? Would a better graphics card fix this?
MTPPC
A shutter is the thing you see on a house window. What is being talked about is shudder. I wasn't aware of any shudder issue when a computer has sufficient video card(s).
shakenbake
With the proper video cards there is no stutter with 3 monitors. We've built dozens of machines the past few months and have had no complaints of stutter.
Luckydogg420
Are there any games that emulate a colour DMD yet? Or will this feature be added in the future
