Polemicist Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 Lexan etc can be flame polished which smooths the edges nicely. It is a bit of an art to do it but the finished product is amazing. Please test any glue you decide to use as some glue types can cause some seriously horrid problems with the lexan such as clouding and even crazing.

I am not planning on glueing, i am planning on screwing into the aluminium from underneath. The angle will cover the bottom and the side, not the top, it will be flush with the top of the acrylic.
