I got my themes from the download section. Might be stuff in HyperSync as well but you need Platinum for that. As for Wheel art if you got Photoshop skills start making some.

If artwork exists for wheels etc it is most likely in HyperSync. You need a Platinum account for that

And yes the themes are most likely in the Download Section on the main page of this site.
