would it make any difference to retroarch emulators if you add a bios file

just wondered if it makes any difference to any of the emulators if i add a bios to any retroarch emulators eg playstation ect, or if it can be done thanks for the reply im getting better but still a learning lol thanks for ur replys.

Bios files are usually the only way to make things work but I have been running my retroarch PS1 games without it. I only have 10 though!!!

Indeed some older systems work with bios but many newer cd consoles need a bios in system folder.

Thanks for replys im running all retroarch without bios at min and all the emulators iv tryed through retroarch work with my setup will it speed any games up or make them run better then if i add a bios to those emulators or is it a waste of time if they allready work thanks

Probably just add them if you see problems

Sorry mate been busy over the past few days I do have a app that's got loads in but not sure which version of some bios files are for the android emulators
