Wheel Art Tools used?

Do you guys use photoshop to create wheel art?  I saw a tool on the download section called "Simple wheel Creator" but cannot get it to even open.  Can you guys provide any advice?

That tool has a lot of problems. It works on my laptop but won't work on my PC. However, all it does is generate wheels based on a xml file but all wheels it generates look the same. There were several version of it. Some worked, some didn't.

 

Wheel art is created by using photoshop and cutting out the game logo from the game cover/box using the pen tool. It's a lot of work.

 

What system did you want to create wheel art for?

 

By the way, where are you from? Portugal or Brazil?

Check out my photoshop tutorials in the tutorial section. One is for redrawing art and the other for cutting out (mask) wheels of high enough quality.

Thank you.  Just needed to create some wheel art for some psp games.  I will go ahead an check them out.  I am from Puerto Rico, living in Florida.  I been building a hyperspin set for my nvidia shield and was missing a few PSP wheels (Could not find on FTP).

Isn't there a PSP wheel set already? I know I have a lot of wheels for the PSP but can't remember where I got them. I'm still missing quite a few as well.

I got the ones off the FTP.  I filtered the official database and cropped it down to US games only but noticed there are a few games available only on PSN like "Ape Quest" etc.  For the time being, I went to cooltetx.com and generated some temp stuff.
