sparton Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Morning All! I had to rebuild my Hyperspin machine and have come in to a problem I didn't have before. I used DS3 tools to apply the unsigned drivers to my bluetooth donlge and 2 x PS3 controllers.I then use BetterDS3 in startup to load the profile. All works fine. I then use XPadder to mapp the keys for player 1 and player 2, but now - didn't happen before, when I plug in the controller to charge via USB Xpadder recognises it as a new controller and messes up who is player 1 and 2. I have two profiles in Xpadder setup from last time. When I plug them in to charge I then get 4 profiles - it is seeing them as another controller? Is this maybe something to do with using XIpnut? Does anybody have any better solutions to my controller setup? Any help appreciated, else I'll be wiping and trying again! Thanks!

sparton Posted September 30, 2016 Author Posted September 30, 2016 I can and I tried that, but it then didnt work when I unplugged it because the unique ID of the controller was set to hide! :S
Guest Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Give joy2key a try in place of xpadder. You'll have a much better experience. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah, it's a much better product. I'd use RL to switch profiles rather than the per application setting. But it's good that it's there.
ninja2bceen Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 I recently have had issues with PS3 blue tooth dongle now on Windows 10. Sometimes it connect but not always. Works great plugged in and using joy to key for what it's worth. Thanks Windows 10. It's a driver thing I think and all the update Advance the cause to 100%. http://hyperbase.hyperspin-fe.com/ Planet Geekdom, Subscribe for Tutorials! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdcby-s2GwriaOHGmVC2vGA?sub_confirmation=1&app=desktop
