Can I play old windows games 95/98 through an emulator

Hey I have been looking everywhere for the answer but no luck I'm looking play some old pc games that run on windows 95/98 but I'm not able to due to my os win 10 is there an emulator I can use to solve this problem 

Any help would be appreciated

Check out 2 sets.  The eXoDoS set and the ScummVM set.  They are both integrate-able into HyperSpin.  Both are fairly straightforward in getting them to run with RL.  Pretty much just read the module notes.

I would setup dosbox, then install win98. Then install game in win98. Change windows 98 shell in win.ini from explorer.exe to the game.exe. then setup a wheel/database manually to launch. I would probably do that per game. That was my general idea for this type of thing and have not tested. Good luck.
