mclarkin9681 Posted March 21, 2014 Share Posted March 21, 2014 Hello All, I am looking to build a cocktail style cabinet. Just 2 players (joystick on each end...not along the side). My question is regarding joysticks. Is there a list or spreadsheet (or a way of searching MAME) to find which roms use a 4 way joystick and which ones use 8 way? I currently have an upright acrade that uses the Mag-Stick from Ultimarc...that switches between 4/8. This works fine, but i would like to use just a 4-way joystick if possible...but not sure how many games i will sacrifice if i choose that option. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance. boohiss Posted March 21, 2014 Share Posted March 21, 2014 You can use RomLister to filter out what you want from a MAME XML file, and then save it to a new XML.
