You are right man, many issues in win 8 or up if use HS

Example Handheld Electronic Games never get it work on win 8.

Is windows 10 more difficult than Win7 to modify the splash/startup screen.  Have win7 and always hesitant on trying it.

I'd say yes but not something I be had heavy involvement in windows 10..i know most emulators have moved over to windows 10 but it's still inferior to win 7 for emulation in my opinion
