When I turn on the Nintendo Gameboy retroarch to rocketlaunchri or hyperspin I do not have jelly Mono color but in colors, does anyone know what the problem is how to solve it?

You need to use a shader for the gamboy. That is what I do and it looks very nice, just like the old black/green color display.

The shaders are in the shader folder of Retroarch to see if you have these. Press F1 when you are running the game and look up for the shaders option.

You should find the shaders to download. I think it is the retroarch config.
The game boy shader with the green screen should be there.

It looks like you're running Game Boy Color, not regular Game Boy
