Back after a few years

Hi Guys back after a number of years.

Holy $*&(% balls the Hyper list has gotten crazy long long.

I know i'll probably get kicked but i have to ask. When is is hyperspin 2 coming? haha just kidding (unless its out).

I've got a pretty sturdy version which runs nicely. I think is 1.3.2  off top of my head. Is there any major benefits in going to 1.5+? I've no idea of the release history in the last 3 years so i'm completely in the dark.

Also is there any convert process like 1.33 to 1.4 or is it better to fresh install 1.5?

Does 1.33 use HyperLauch?  I cannot remember that far back haha.  

If it does, then yeah update.

 

BUT if you have a running system that you like and there is no need to update, don't.  Just play your games   The updates really have not added anything.

 

And 2.0?  Might as well just think of it as not being a thing.

You can update Hyperspin only and still stay on Hyperlaunch if it is all setup and working.

I did this.

The biggest change you will see with a Hyperspin upgrade will be the ability to use higher quality mp4 videos versus flv.

I know this is not the topic, but when I tried unzipping HyperSpin 1.5.1 (Full Package) I am receiving a warning from windows defender of a fuerboos trojan, is this happening to anyone else?

Yeah have HL. Yeah good to know, i'm a spud with technology at the best of times. The less i touch it probably the better. just dont like missing out on the good stuff. ?

I'd be pretty suprised if its got a trojan in the hyperspin zip. I very much doubt BBB or any of the devs would have anything like that on it. Just double checking but your getting the download off the hyperspin site and not getting one of the unofficial bundles off a torrent site?

@kisho HyperSpin has always been a false positive for all kinds of reasons.  There is nothing there that is a problem.  Just set your antivirus to ignore it.
