hello folks!

i have a box art set of Nintendo DS and the size isn`t fitting to my theme.

I used the batch-function of IrfanView and it worked perfectly - not! The pictures have transparent parts which hadn`t been there before resizing.

can you tell me which app you are using for resizing png files?

regards

see the attachment. you can`t see it on a dark background. my theme has a grey color and I don`t want to use a plain black one.

Hey Neo. You can easily create an action in Photoshop to resize an image to X by Y pixels, and then apply the action in bulk to an entire folder.

found a way (if anyone is interested, too): use mogrify --->  in cmd  you have to type "mogrify -reszie 375x450! *png"

Awesome you found a way :)

It is not complicated to do in PS, you just record an action of you modifying the size of a png and saving it, then you stop the action. You then use that recorded action on a folder through the PS Automation option in the FIle menu, and thats it, PS does it all automatically for all the files located in that folder.

I recommend you to read/view videos about this, as the action+automation process in PS will help you A LOT when creating content (it helped me for all my boxes packs).
