Nintendo Power - Help Needed

Hi guys, I'm looking to add game magazines to my wheel using the subwheel trick (http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?33730-Faking-Subwheels-of-Subwheels-with-Multiple-Installs-of-Hyperspin). So I started working on a Nintendo Power theme and I'm just not sure where to go with it at this point. Not visible here is the Nintendo Seal of Approval which will be in the bottom right hand corner of the white space, bouncing slowly.

So any ideas or anyone else wanting to grab this and moving it forward would be awesome, thanks. I'll also put it in my FTP folder.

there is a theme already for nintendo power let me see if i can dig it out maybe you can use it
