Naomi CHDs with demul???

I've wasted too many hours on this already, someone help me.

I got a bunch of Mame CHDS(Naomi) I wanna run in Demul, but I can't figure out how.

I found some old threads on other sites explaining how to convert Mame CHDS into bin images that Demul understands, using the debug version of Mame. Unfortunately, that method doesnt' seem to work anymore with the new version of mame. I even tried grabbing the version of Mame they used at the time, but it couldn't read my roms/chds anymore.

Please help!!

If someone could just send me the roms that would work too :)

I'm only missing 5.

So all of those are included in the Demul set, but is that what you are looking for? I can happily send them.

The only reason you would want to run these through MAME would be to emulate the resolution and refresh rates as closely to the original as possible. If originality is not a priority then simply do what gigapig has mentioned and play using Demul 0.56/57/58 through HyperLaunch. Make sure to read the module notes and that you have downloaded the respective .ini files as instructed.

Did you even read my original post? I said I do want to play them through Demul but can't figure out how, as Demul wont run the roms in their Mame(CHD) format.

So all of those are included in the Demul set, but is that what you are looking for? I can happily send them.

That would be very nice of you. How would you like to send them?

I have been tinkering with all the NAOMI emulators and I must say that the most simple and all rounder so far is the most current version of Demul... the WIP. You do however need the correct roms to be able to play it.

I have been scavaging around trying to get the most complete set that I can to see if I can get the entire collection to run without problems. To be honest its not going to bad at the moment.

Could you share the link with me too Gigapig? Will see if your getting any closer to this than me. I completed Atomiswave this weekend... was nice to have that wheel complete
