HyperTheme Fix (any Windows version)

HyperTheme's blank screen is a known issue and is being worked on, among other stuff.

For now, let's check what causes the blank screen.

Basically, the way HyperTheme works today, it checks if there's a MAME\Themes folder under the Media directory, if that doesn't exists, it will be blank, that's usually because we tend to have Arcade Classics instead of a MAME folder.

By just creating two empty folders under Media, which are MAME and inside it Themes:

Thankyou for the fix but it still dosent work on my version of windows 10 which is

windows 10 pro Version 1903

folder structures are fine and as described ,i have ran as admin all to no avail

Admin rights are not needed.

Can you download the full pack and update, extract it to a separate folder than your current HS, run Hypertheme and let me know if it works.

Before that, have you tried putting a default theme inside the MAME\Themes\here folder and see if HT works?

hi Aorin it now works perfectly fine as redownloaded hyperspin as suggested and noticed for some reason my hypertheme.exe was in the hypertheme folder and not in the root of hyperspin like the downloaded hyperspin so i have now corrected that and it all works fine again.

Now it works. I had the MAME folder as Arcade. Thanks a lot.
