Scaled .swf inside a default theme = Performance hit

I have a problem with a theme: using rescaled .swf inside a default theme seems to create a freaking serious performance problem. Basically HS uses cpu power even when it's not on focus, the problem persist when RL is set to freeze the frontend. The theme is really simple, just a .swf background and a .swf video mask on artwork3, it's not even FHD, just 1360*768 artworks and nothing else going on. Using .pngs inside the theme totally fix the problem.

I have the same problem on 2 system running w10 1809 pro and w10 1809 enterprise, HS 1.5.1.

Can someone please test the theme and try something similar to see if the problem happens with every .sfw inside a default theme? This problem steals 20%-25% of a system's cpu power on a corei5, it's a serious issue.
